3rd part: it is the continuation of the Blue Drouin, that is, marriage cards after 1935 and some hypothetical marriages. This microfilm series has very small images. Official Web Site. |
| Review | Vital records: Those are copies from
original records. Some can be hard to read because of handwritting, ink
that traversed the paper, etc. Some records have an index, while for other
you have to read or even analyse records one by one.
This series is very important because it includes both copies of vital records (church and court house), which may help to complete the records. 3rd part: After checking the first cards about Beauregards, I located 2 new marriages I had not previously. The first was wrong (no source), but the second one was correct (source given). |
| Availability | Rare. Vital records: At least: Montreal
(Salle Gagnon and SGCF), Quebec (SGQ), Longueuil (CGL), Woonsocket, RI
(AFGS) and Boston (NEHGS).
3rd part: At least: Montreal (Salle Gagnon), Longueuil (CGL). |
